SIZING TIP: These are an average width and a 42=AU10, a 43=AU11, a 44=AU12, a 45=AU13 and a 46=AU14. I'm a C-width and because of that, had to go up one size. So, I'm usually an AU12 so I had to go up to 45/AU13.
